The Trial of John Peter Zenger (1953)

It states that the trial of John Peter Zenger 200 years ago, wherein he was found not guilty of seditious libel, was the main subject of the study and represents the movement, which was used as a tool in the development of the concept of free and critical expression. It concludes that the movement remains its significant role in the transformation of the First Amendment.
